This is episode 86 of Undersea Menace From the Year 3200 – a remastered webcomic from 1999. You can start reading the story here.

This strip is another ‘lost’ episode which fell victim to a crashed hard drive more than a decade ago. It was pieced together from vector and 3d-rendered files I was able to recover, recolor and re-letter in my 1999 manner.
