Quimp still hasn’t fully rebooted.
I don’t think he has found the other one yet. Though why he doesn’t just have another pair made back when he was in the village I don’t know.
He did lose them around the time he met the Orcs the last time. Maybe they have it. I’m sure they’ll happily give it back if he stops killing them.
Don’t orcses consider shoe leather to be a delicacy?
His bootlessness is a weapon of mass destruction. An early but by no means less deadly form of olfactorial warfare.
